Care Instructions

We understand that an investment in motorcycle riding gear can be significant and we want you to get the best value for money from each purchase. Here are some DOs and DON'Ts of gear maintenance to help you extend the life of your gear without breaking the bank and get the best results.

Textile Jackets
Washing:
USE: Lukewarm water, mild detergent, brush with nylon bristles & hands
AVOID: Washing machine, metal bristled brushes, strong detergents, industrial chemical cleaners, bleach, etc.

Remove the shoulder, elbow and back protectors and empty the pockets (We have found a soaking wet pair of ear phones in the pockets post the wash in one occasion). Soak in lukewarm water with a mild detergent Scrub sticky and extra dirty parts with the brush and diluted detergent. Hand wash the rest of the jacket and rinse till the detergent is removed.

Drying:
USE: Thick hanger and/or dry towel, electric fan
AVOID: Clothes drier, hair drier, hot gun, wind turbine etc.
Dry the jacket on a thick hanger (and may be an electric fan) or lay it down flat on a dry towel.

Winter and Rain Liner
WARNING: Do not machine wash or use hard and heavy chemicals to clean.

Same as the textile jacket it came with; however, one could ignore the brush.
Hand wash, rinse and repeat in lukewarm water. Hang dry using a hanger.

Boots and Gloves
Cleaning:
USE: Plain water, mild detergent or standard leather cleaner, soft cloth or sponge, brush with soft nylon bristles, leather conditioner.
AVOID: Industrial heavy duty cleaners, scalding hot water
WARNING: Immersing and soaking the boot or glove in water for long durations may damage the leather.

Simply use a soft piece of cloth to apply mild or diluted detergent and wipe down the grime and stains. One could use a soft brush to remove the dirt at the seams. Wipe away the residual detergent with plain water and follow it up with leather cleaner if required.

Drying:
USE: Electric fan (if required)
AVOID: Clothes drier, hair drier, hot gun, strong sources of heat, etc.
WARNING: Intense heat while drying can cause the leather to harden.

Hang the gloves or place the boots to dry in a dry & clean ventilated place. Humidity allows mold to form on the leather. Leather conditioners may be used to increase the life of the leather after they are completely dry.

Leather Suits / Jackets / Pants:

Cleaning:

USE: Plain lukewarm water, mild detergent or standard leather cleaner, soft cloth or sponge, brush with soft nylon bristles, leather conditioner.
AVOID: Industrial heavy duty cleaners, scalding hot water
WARNING: Immersing and soaking the boot or glove in water for long durations may damage the leather.

Since we are dealing with a larger surface than a glove or a boot, it is recommended that the suit be hung from a hanger on the back of a door or a towel flat on the floor (yeah we like rhymes too). Wet the soft cloth in dilute detergent or mild detergent and wipe away the grime and stains. Make sure the cloth is rinsed frequently (Duh!) and continue removing the grime. Once both the sides have been cleaned to your satisfaction, hang it dry.

Drying:

USE: Electric fan (if required)

AVOID: Clothes drier, hair drier, hot gun, volcanic craters and other strong sources of heat.
WARNING: Intense heat while drying can cause the leather to harden.

Hang the suit to dry in a dry & well ventilated place. Humidity allows mold to form on the leather. Leather conditioners may be used to increase the longevity of the leather after it is completely dry.

Really good boots for the price

In my view, the absolute high end booth from Dainese or Astar probably offer more protection than these. But at this price, they easily beat anything that is available in terms of comfort, ease of use, quality of construction and protection on offer. Most european brands in this price range do not offer vertical movement restriction of the foot. These boots offer that and hence in my view score above anything available in the market at this price range.

Excellent Protective Track Gloves

Along with the race suit, I also ordered Corsa Racing Gloves. They feel very well built and have ample amount of protection. They really do feel high quality gloves. I have owned 2 pair of Dainese gloves, and I can confidently say, these feel even tougher in terms of protection offered.
They are a bit thick and bulky for daily riding and do need a fair bit riding in them for them to properly break in. But as track gloves, where you need utmost protection, they feel built like a tank.

One of Best Suits!!

I have tried a few suits and very recently had tried Dainese suits as well while I was planning to make my purchase. I had known about TBG suits and had heard good reviews so I contacted Mr. Sukesh to get my doubts cleared. He was extremely helpful and patiently cleared all my doubts. Helped in choosing the right size and when the suit was delivered, boy was I impressed. This suit in terms of fit and finish is at par with any suit available in the market (Even the High End Italian ones as well). The protection on offer is much better than most entry level Dainese or Astar suits. You can literally touch and feel how beefy the knee protection on this suit is as compared to the rest. The quality of the leather, stitching, cuts, stretch panels is all excellent.
I can confidently say, this is one of the most protective feeling suit I have worn.

Just keep in mind, it will take 3-4 times to break in the leather, but that is with any leather gear.

Mr. Sukesh is a gem of person and a rider himself and believes in really helping the community rather than just selling.
Proud to be the fact, that an India company is making such high quality gear.

Build like Ironman suit,my saviour for over 4 years

I am writing this after having multiple crashes (highside and lowside) on the track. The suit has been my saviour for over 4 years. The thick Sastech L2 armours make sure you come out of crashes without any injury. The shin protector is long enough unlike other brands to keep your legs safe. Moreover you get removable liners which is washable. My first suit had taken so much biting by this time, it was no brainer for me to pickup another TBG suit for the National Championship.
All this safety inside has never compromised the comfort and looks. Haven't seen this level of attention to detail at this price range ever.

Value meets Quality and Safety

Never have I felt so comfortable wearing a race boot for the very first time. Perfect fit in size 43, just enough space to wiggle your fingers inside. Stiff Ankle protector and quality YKK zipper to complete the package. Tall enough shin protection.

Lucky enough to get the first few boots absolute value for money.
