Shipping Policy

Ordered new gear? Anticipation levels rising with every passing day? We have been there and we completely relate to that feeling. It is our assurance that we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order at your doorstep at the earliest. All this at no expense to you. Yes! Shipping is free within India. 

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page as well. All products have 'Delivery timeline' mentioned on the products page which is for informational purpose only. While we will do our best to ship the products as soon as we can, there is a possibility of the shipment reaching your door-step late due to conditions and reasons which are not in our control. Delivery timeline is exclusive of weekend or holidays.

A confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent once we ship the product(s). You can also view all these details under "MY ACCOUNT" top menu once you login.


Returns / Exchange Policy

All products can be exchanged for a change in size. The cost of sending the product to our Bangalore office for exchange will be borne by the customer.

The items will be exchanged provided

  • The product is returned unused.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
  • The product is received by us in re-saleable condition. (Please use a proper courier service)
  • The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.
  • The exchange request needs to be initiated through this website (instructions given below)

Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged. The shipment charges of the replacement item (within India) will be borne by us.

Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer may choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

NOTE: This policy is applicable only for purchases made through this website.

How to:

  • Go to "MY ACCOUNT" after you have signed in on the website
  • Under the Orders section select the "Return Item(s) button for the specific order
  • Select the product you wish to return
  • Select "Return Reason" and "Return Action" and submit the return request
  • We will assess the request and approve the return
  • Once return is approved, you can ship the product to our Office address mentioned in the Contact Us page
